1. Do not use BNC's to flood networks - A issue will be warned, If this continues, vHosts may be removed.

2. Do not use BNC's to steal users nickserv password, IRCop passwords - A issue will be warned, If this continues, Process to BNC Server may be shutdown

3. Do not attempt to harm users - No warning issued, BNC Process may be killed.
